The person who is in this kind of situation has to ask themselves: Am I ready to have a permanent relationship? If they're still taking PE classes, they definitely aren't, and furthermore their relationship is almost certainly in violation of local law.
But there are more important reasons than local law for them not to be having sex with this person:
1. The sexual bond is such that nothing can be allowed to interfere with it except death. At the beginning, Mom and Dad are the most important in a person's life, but if they are going to have sex all that has to change, the person they choose to be with has to be the most important to them aside from God.
2. There's got to be a permanent commitment (i.e. marriage). If a person has sex and then there is a breakup, the two parties leave a bit of themselves behind with each other. They are both defiled as far as anyone else is concerned.
And no, it is not humanly possible to remove that defilement. With God, it is possible. He's already done everything we need from His end, all we need to do is get with Him and settle our issues together, leave the old things behind and take the new life He has for us and live it.
3. Marriage is supposed to consist of one man plus one woman.
Bottom line: Yes, the person needs to at very least stop having sex with anyone at all until they are ready to be married. If this guy is really the right one, they'll be able to wait.
PS I've read some of your other questions. Are you still in high school? Working in a restaurant? Married? Having sex every day with your boss? And with your PE teacher on top of that? That sounds like a bit too much adventure for one apparently as yet very short life...

Your PE teacher can go to jail.... You need to stop your relationship because it is very wrong. It may not seem so to you right now, but it really is. Your teacher is wrong for pursuing a relationship with you, it is very inappropriate. You are being victimized and you need to tell someone. It is not ok.
