i left certain historical details out for that very reason so you can see for yourself what is going to happen to those 5 soldiers who raped a 14yr old iraqi girl and then murdered her whole family to cover it up, whats gonna happen to them? nothing they are already hinting that they may not have enough evidence to got to trial

In a typical US court? Little or nothing. We have examples all the time of child molesters and/or rapists walking away with a slap on the wrist. There have been cases in the last 6 months in Ohio, Florida, and New York where the person responsible served no jail time whatsoever. And since your example has 5 middle easterners we know that they would instantly be provided with the best legal defense for free, the 14 year old would be trashed, and all the defendants would be given automatic US citizenship and 10 millions dollars each at the end of the trial.
