Do you mean Theology? I have heard that Duke in NC has a good program or Emory in Atlanta, if you want to go to Boston Univ, their theology program is excellent, too.

Arizona State University East campus is a campus of technology...i know they have aviation/mechanics/business/science degrees...check it out. I went there it was awesome...it's its own community in the dessert, quiet...but close to the main campus for the action!
