Should I coil Cat-5 Cable?

I'm hooking up my entertainment system, is it okay for me to coil my Cat-5 cable?

No problem. Just remember the total length is to be less than about 300 feet. So try not to get cables that are too long.

depends on how long, if its just a foot or two it should be fine, but dont get coil happy, if you can reduce any slack do so
