Alright I got my girlfriend out of an domestic home situation and her dad was abusive and molested her since she was nine and her little sister, but also her three older sisters as well. Soon my girlfriend and her little sister has to meet with some forensic scientists to check the scarss my girlfriend still has, I've even seen one of them on thigh, but most of them are on her butt which I haven't seen. She meets with the F. Scientists this Wensday, and she is scared she might still be able to go back with her parents. And she is living with her sisters which is trying to get full custody of my girlfriend and sister. But all the sisters are worried because the girls still have a chance. Now were in GA, I want to know what the situation is looking like, and is there a strong possibility of them going back. What determines them going back, They do not want to go back.

After reading all the evidence you presented, and the forensic specialists examining her, I'd say there's not a chance of her being returned to be abused more. I know sometimes children are returned to abusive situations, but there has been so much of this going on in the USA that I think that DHS is taking such abuses as your girlfriend has suffered through to be life threatening. They know she could eventually die at the hands of her father, so I don't think you need worry that she will be returned home to suffer further trauma. And sometimes when a child is returned to a batterer like he is, the child ends up murdering the parent. It's him or her in some situations. I think you could also voice your fears and concerns in an assertive, polite, and educated manner to the District Attorney to encourage him to file charges on her father.

I honestly don't think you have a lot to worry about. Especially since the girls not only have someone else they can live with, but that someone else is family. If this sick bastard has these kind of charges against him, and all of his daughters are saying he molested them, then I think he's going to be in serious trouble and the younger girls aren't going to be faced with having to go back there.
It sounds like you have really been there for your girlfriend, but remember that this isn't over. If she has to go and testify against her dad, it's going to be rough. This is a hardest thing she has probably ever had to deal with, and might be the hardest thing she'll EVER have to deal with. I was molested and it really is something you never get over, but you can learn to live again.
I wish her and he sisters the best. I hope finally they can live without fear in their lives. Stay strong for her!

Interesting you haven't offered YOUR age. If you are at or ABOVE the age of 18, I suggest you retain a lawyer and be prepared to fully cooperate with local police--something which will go well into your favor, as opposed to what WILL happen if they have to find you.

And if you run, they WILL find you--and you can forget about deals made to favor you.
