Her boyfriend called the other day and I asked him when she went back to drinking and he said he felt bad he had no told me before she came back that she had never quit and she had tried to cut her wrists and he was able to stop her. I have had so much guilt should I tell my mother about this, if I don't and something happens will I feel even more guilty if I say nothing. Don't know what to do. Help I am too close to this.

Also to make matters worst I seriously doubt my mother will believe it. My sister has been married three times and my mother believe her husbands are the reason the realtionship didn't work. I can't disagree they contributed greatly but nothing is ever one sided.

Tell your mom as soon as you read this. Steal her pills and her booze. You can't wait around for something good to happen. Take matters into your own hands. And, a straight jacket wouldn't be such a bad idea. (To prevent her from cutting her wrists.)
