I'm thinking that will be Lazarus, because... well, he already did that.

The priest of God and Christ are of the first resurrection, they will be with Jesus for his 1000 year reign. John 6:39,40,44,54-58; And I will raise him up at the last day.,The 1000 year reign is the last day to save the 6000 years of mankind since Eden.
And the rest of the dead lived not until the 1000 years is finished.
1Cor.15:22-18; As in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.

There are some who have been resurrected already...all of mankind will be resurrected.
D&C 76
17 And shall come forth; they who have done good, in the resurrection of the just; and they who have done evil, in the resurrection of the unjust.
Revelation 20
6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.
Those who have done good will be resurrected first and live with Christ in the millenium for a thousand years...
Then the second resurrection will occur and all men will be judged and receive their degree of glory, Celestial, Terrestial, or Telestial, very few will go to outer darkness.

Speaking in terms of Trinitarian theology, Jesus won't resurrect anyone. God [the Father] will do all the resurrecting. And I don't think there's going to be a pecking order.

First the dead in christ, then those that are alive in christ will be transformed into heavenly bodies and taken to meet them. This will happen in a blink of an eye.

It is not so much 'WHO' as 'WHAT' will be resurrected. And the answer is simple. The "church" because it is already all but dead.
