No acually, you are in a pretty good condition, check this BMI (Body mass index) it indicates what is recommended as far as a good place in your weight. Here is what you do, match your body weight (110) in the top part of the chart and go down to look for your height (4'11) as you see, you fall just before 5'0 just at the healthy weight section. Do not pay attention to the #'s inside the chart, they do not represent the age..Good look, and if you do not feel happy, please feel free to consult with you doctor..

If I'm guessing correctly, and your height is 4'11", your age is 11, and your weight is 110 pounds:
(Age doesn't matter)
Your BMI (Body Mass Index) is 22.2
Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
You are of normal weight.

Overweight or not, you should love your body. For example, my mom is thin. She looks great and she works out everyday. But, she constantly tells me she's really fat. I want to smack her every time she says this, because it's far from the truth. Love what you have and cherish it.
