How many here know what they are using "depleted" uranium for?

The government has contract to get rid of depleted uranium. They have to dispose of it somehow. They found a way to reduce the population of third world nations and get rid of depleted uranium at the the same time. DU is used to kill hundreds of thousands of children every year in the fomr of bullets and bombs. There are so many children born with their guts hanging on the outside in Iraq and Afganistan that radiation from depleted uranium can only be the cause. Children born with leukimia and other cancers are off the charts in those nations.

They have to keep making and DU shells to get rid of the stockpiles of DU ammo, so they can make more and get rid of more DU by using it. It is a sick game but we are all downwind of DU. Soldiers coming back with Gulf War Sickness, may be infected with DU particles. Even one tiny piece of DU lodged in ones lung can start cancer. It may take ten years to kill a soldier from DU used to destroy an bunker but dead is still dead and many thousands of soldiers will die from depleted uranium radiation poisoning in the next ten years.

Pumped up with immune destroying vaccines, soldiers in nuclear battlefields are at a grave risk of having cancer and other serious health issues. There is a 300% increase in birth defects for soldiers fighting in the nuclear battlefields where DU is used.

One particle of DU, caught in the blowing sands of Iraq, may end up in a soldier or child's lung in Iraq but we are all downwind from DU. One day in the lungs of a child in Cleveland, Ohio may become a victim of a DU particle that was used by an armor piercing round in Iraq. Drifting in the sand and taken up in the atmosphere, one particle of the hundreds of millions of particles floating around in the world today, from a wasted DU round, may end up in our lungs tomorrow. It is is a crime against humanity but even for the psycho nuts who want to exterminate 80% of the world's population to save the earth for nature are killing nature with DU rounds used to kill humans at the same time. An endangered species with a particle of DU is even more vulnerable to DU then a human being.

God save us from men with the power to destroy mankind with nuclear weapons. Don't advocate or approve of nuclear weapons and if you have any sense, don't send your child into a nuclear battlefield. The answer to war is refusal to participate in them. Ban nuclear weapons called DU today.

The amount of radiation from nuclear rounds of Depleted Uranium fallout now in Iraq and Afganistain is thousands of times greater than the nuclear fallout in Nagasaki and Hiroshima in World War II. No one but a few rich contractors who dispose of nuclear material in the form of DU weapons win in this bizzare insanity that is going on today. Phychpaths with no moral compass are in charge of life or death and it hardly gets a blurb in the morning paper. Amazing really.

Depleted Uranium is used both for weapon shells and for armor on vehicles.

Exposure to DU is not harmful if it is outside the body. The relatively low radiation from DU cannot penetrate the skin.

But after a DU shell strikes or after DU armor is struck, small particles from the impact/explosion can enter the body through the mouth.

purely because they suggested it would not make it so. Depleted uranium has its toxicities, regardless of the indisputable fact that it also has been chosen for strong causes. selections all actually have their toxicities. i assume if we went decrease back to the technologies of two centuries in the past, you would hardship about the fairly extreme problem of lead toxicity (and small fingers bullets nevertheless have a lead middle). once you're being shot at, you want to shoot decrease back with the perfect there is, and something else can await later.

The militaries of the world use it to tip the end of artillery rounds to get deeper penetration of high explosives against vehicals with smart armour such as tanks. Only problem is, when its used, it scatters all over the place during the insuing explosion contaminating the area with radio activity. It has a gazzilion year half life, so it stays "hot" for awile, not cleaned up very easily.. people come in contact with it and subsequntly become irradated. such is war.... neat huh!!
