If so I hope they can teach the most powerful nation in the world how to fight. The Marines and Army look like Abbot and Costello when up against the Insurgents. I mean, Look at the Insurgents. Basic weapons, No Jet fighters, No tanks, and yet they are making the Marines holler "Uncle" everyday. Amazing!! The Marines are eating "Crow" morning noon and night as the Marines and Army men get their rear ends handed to them everyday. The Rag Tag insurgents are really hard fighters. The Marines/Army men should take notice.

With every posting you convince the rest of us just how ignorant you really are. I read your postings simply because they are entertaining, not because they have a even a shred of validity or truth in them. The crap you lay out here is, quite simply, laughable. So keep in mind that every time you trot more of the inane (get a dictionary for what it means, I'm sure you don't know) disjointed, poorly worded manure you spread around here, that we are LAUGHING at you. Thanks for the comic relief.

Goodness, you act like Saddam when he told all his allies he still had WMDs and was going to wipe up the U.S.A. and hurt us badly. Then he fired a few shot and fell apart. We found him hiding in a hole, while his generals were telling all the troops how they were winning the war!

Propaganda only works if nobody else has free speech and access to the right information. Particularly in the U.S.A., where we hear such things, see little to prove it, and only the lunatic fringe take up the banner of hate. The rest of us shake our heads and go on to do the REAL business of running the country.

You haven't seen the statistics on how many insurgents vs. military allies have died, have you?

You act like a little boy claiming his team is winning when they are behind by 100 points. It's pitiful.

If the Coalition forces held the same regard for an Iraqi's life as the insurgents, then the whole mess would have been over in 2003. We would have just dropped one huge bomb on the place and been done with it. As it is, most of the Coalition cares about the Iraqi people, and they follow the rules and conduct of war.

Wow the more i read your stories the more I'm convinced you suffer from brain damage. I still feel no pity for you. Hopefully you'll get caught by some deranged criminal and they'll have their way with you. So were you always like this , or were you the weirdo that was always rejected by everything. Not even the neighbors cat would go near you? Honest question. let me guess the one person that actually felt sorry for you was a Marine and you got jealous cause he had to go to war and left you all by yourself.

If you go by headcount, the insurgents are way behind. Heck, the insurgents have it easy. Shoot at the Americans while hiding behind women and childern. Blow up a car next to some soldier, who cares if there are civilians near by. While the occupationaly forces practice restraint, the insurgents don't seem to care who they kill. Soldier, or child, doesn't really matter.

In all fairness our military has a code of ethics that it has to abide by. The entire world is watching on CNN. We fight fair, sure it's going to take longer to kick their a##, but at least our values wont be compromised. They will lose.......and we will still be the most powerful nation in the world. Have a little faith in your country.

Our military has to operate within a standard set of international laws and a general sense of human decency. If we had no regard for laws or the lives of innocent people like they do, we'd be smearing their asses all over the desert.

Most of the people fighting us cannot 'read this.' They are illiterate in both English and Arabic.

Insurgents do not have to worry about collateral damage. They set charges that destroy anything in the kill zone. Marines/Army personnel cannot do that. Insurgents use ambush and other tactics that the Marines/Army cannot. Insurgents believe that it is glorious to become a "shahid" (martyr) for their cause and their tour of duty is as long as it takes. Marines/Army are trying to stay alive and do their time before coming back home to their comfortable life.

Being in the military is a difficult life. It is difficult to keep up morale when a person does not understand why it is necessary to fight. It is very regimented and individualism is discouraged. Being in a war zone is very stressful. Small tactical gains seem insignificant but in the big picture they do count. This is what the individual soldier must consider when deciding whether his service to his country is meaningful.

You may understand the insurgents by the commandments issued in the Qur'an:
9:123 "O you who believe, fight (q-t-l) those of the unbelievers near you and let them see how harsh you can be. Know that Allah is with the righteous."
:73 "O Prophet, fight [j-h-d] the unbelievers and the hypocrites and be stern with them. Their abode is Hell, and what a terrible fate!"

Muslims claim that jihad does not mean holy war. Technically, they are correct.

In Arabic, the word jihad literally means “struggle” or “striving.” It is related to the word, jahada, defined as “exerting one’s utmost power, efforts, endeavors or ability in contending with an object of [disapproval].” In the Quran, the word is often part of a larger phrase “jihad in the path of God.” In 9:123, Muhammad uses the Arabic word qital (three-consonant root is q-t-l), which always means physically fighting and killing and warring—no other meaning is available. This word is usually stronger than jihad (three consonant root is j-h-d), which Muhammad uses in 9:73, a companion verse to 9:123.

Muhammad wages military war on disbelievers. Throughout the Quran in verses that speak of qital and jihad, the prophet divides the world into Dar-ul-Islam (Abode of Islam) and Dar-ul-Kufr (Abode of Unbelief). In 9:123 (and 9:73) Allah permits the superior first world, Islam, to wage war (qital) on and physically struggle (jihad) with the inferior second world—everyone else—Dar al-Harb (the Abode of War).

The Qur'an does not differentiate between geopolitical boundaries, or "Muslim countries". The division between believers (Muslims) and unbelievers (non-Muslims) is for the entire world not just Iraq and Afghanistan.

When you criticize the Marines/Army personnel remember that they must fight as they have been taught by rules of engagement. The "Rag-Tag" insurgents have only the imperative to fight the non-believers until they submit or are killed.

8:12 Your [Muhammad’s] Lord revealed to the angels: "I am with you: give the believers firmness; I shall put terror into the hearts of the disbelievers. Strike above their necks and strike their fingertips."

2:190 ...fight in the way of Allah with those who fight with you...
2:191 And kill them wherever you find them

According to one widely accepted hadith, whenever Muhammad would send an out expedition, he would admonish his appointed commander that: Unbelievers should be invited to three courses of action. If they respond to any one of these, the response should be accepted and they will come to no harm. Invite them to accept Islam; if they respond, accept it from them and desist from fighting against them. ... If they refuse to accept Islam, demand from them the jizya. If they agree to pay, accept it from them and hold off your hands. If they refuse to pay the tax, seek Allah’s help and fight them.

The jizya, a kind of tribute, was part of a larger deal in which non-Muslims submitted to several conditions. In addition to paying the jizya, non-Muslims were also required to wear distinctive clothing and mark their houses (which must not be built higher than Muslims’ houses), must not scandalize Muslims by openly performing their worship services, nor build new churches or synagogues. Those who owned land were also required to pay a land tax.

According to some Muslim jurists, the jizya had to be paid by each person at a humiliating public ceremony, in which the person was struck on the head or the nape of the neck. According to historian Bat Ye’or, this ceremony “survived unchanged till the dawn of the twentieth century.”

Historically, both the jizya and the land tax were often extorted through torture, and were frequently so exorbitant that whole villages would flee or go into hiding.

So the Marines/Army personnel may fight, accept Islam, or pay jizyah.

Muslims believe they fight in the cause of Allah and that unbelievers fight in the cause of Satan.

4:74 Therefore let those fight in the way of Allah, who sell this world's life for the hereafter; and whoever fights in the way of Allah, then be he slain or be he victorious, We shall grant him a mighty reward.
4:75...fight in the way of Allah...
4:76 Those who believe fight in the way of Allah, and those who disbelieve fight in the way of the Satan. Fight therefore against the friends of the Satan...
4:77 ...when fighting is prescribed for them... Our Lord! why hast Thou ordained fighting for us? ...
8:9 ...I will assist you [in Jihad] with a thousand of the angels following one another [see K 008:012].
8:10 …Allah only gave it as a good news and that your hearts might be at ease thereby; and victory is only from Allah; surely Allah is Mighty, Wise.

Marines/Army personnel are to be commended for they fight against insurgents with motivations that are individual and personal. Some fight for their country as a patriotic duty, some fight for freedom and democracy and some fight for religious motivations. God/Allah will play a role in the minds and hearts of fighters on both sides.

So long as Muslims follow the Qur'an and divide the population of the world into Muslims and non-Muslims (who are to be converted, taxed or killed) there can be no peace. Anywhere.
