And puts her finger in your chest when you tell her to stop? Wouldnt a man expect to get smacked if he was picking up on another mans girl. Society says its ok for the man to be hit. What about the lezbo who puts herself in a mans place? Is it ok for her to use her gender to insult men with impunity?

file a sexual harassment lawsuit against her. and society does not say it is OK for a man to be hit, it is assault. and no, it is not OK for her to use her gender to insult men. men file such lawsuits against women all of the time, and sometime they win. and her sexual orientation does not give her a license either, your wife could sue her too. consult a good lawyer who will work for a contingency fee,(no win, no pay) and let her know you mean business. good luck, and keep a level head.

Look up the definition of the term "battery" and then decide if you want to defend yourself (or pay a lawyer to do it) when you get sued by the woman in question after she battered you and you responded with inappropriate force.

On the other hand...if she's getting physical you might have cause to believe she was going to fight you, so...

Either way, you're hitting somebody in a public place where there will probably be property damage, time in handcuffs and then a trial.

Is that worth the satisfaction of punching someone with no manners? Why not try a snappy comeback? Maybe shut her up, maybe she throws the first punch...solved either way.

:)

Remember, unless you're the shrub getting back at the bad man for your daddy...violence is the last refuge of the incompetent.

hey buddy, I know where you're at. I once took a punch in a bar from a lesbian cuz I was talking to the girl that she liked. But you just can't hit women. Sorry, no matter what some people would like to claim there is not total equality between the sexes. That woman obviously has missed out on some of the social skills most other women get, but in a social situation like that you would be totally in the wrong in the eyes of almost everybody around you. I'm not saying she doesn't deserve it. But while men get their asses kicked when they step too far out of line, women have their own punishments that come down on their heads, and she will get what's coming to her.

It isn't okay to hit her. Yes, a man would get smacked if it was that way, but in this case it's up to your wife to stop that. Society (and the law) say it still isn't okay for a man to hit a woman, regardless of her orientation sexually. If she hit you first (and I mean hit, not poke), then self-defense is called for, and if she hits like a man, she can be hit like a man. Realize that you still may have repercussions from hitting a woman. It's a double standard, yes, but it's the way it is. I wish we could change that, for it puts men in awkward situations that are unfair--such as this one. Equal rights, except in situations like this? What bunch of garbage that is.

I don't blame you for wanting to smack the crap out of the lesbian who was hitting on your wife...but don't do it. You see, the reason why it's so 'acceptable' for a girl to slap a guy is because us women are much weaker and lack the strength a guy does, so supposedly it doesn't hurt them as much. Personally, I don't agree with it, and would never hit a guy unless he was harassing me. If you strike the woman, you'd get into alot of trouble, I would think. Just get you and your wife away from her asap.

I dont know if you should hit her....but would like to share that being the wife in a situation like such is very uncomfortable....My husband and I were out to eat last weekend and a woman came up next to me sat down and was carring on conversation on cell phone, next thing I knew she had ran fingers through my hair and winked said "OH your hair is soo pretty" I thought my husband should be offended but he was not although I was a bit uncomfortable....

Go right ahead and stand up for your wife, youre not doing anything bad and push her around a few times while youre at it and if she takes full force then start hitting her then if anything goes you could say that she hit you first.

What's the matter with you??? No, it's not okay to hit a woman, unless maybe she's bigger and stronger than you but still doubtful. Do not do this or you will be looked down on.

I don't think you should hit her, mostly because she is not worth going to jail for, and she probably will use her gender to make sure you are punished to the fullest. I think that you should make your stand clear, have your wife make her stand clear, and then if the ho don't respect your request remove yourselves from the situation. (And a homewrecking ho, is a ho whether they are hoing after the same sex or opposite) Your wife needs to make her wishes loud and clear.
