I say it's ok... the times have change. My reasoning is if women claim to be as independent as they are, then what is wrong for going for something they want. If your are interested in a guy who might be a little shy, but is attrached to you, then go a little his way to encourage him. You can do it without seeming desperate. Make it like a give or take deal. I'm sure most guys wouldn't mind.

well its not a turn off....actually its a motivator...there's a saying which goes "u nvr knw whts goin on in a women's mind" so it makes it easier for us GUYS if the gal makes the 1st move...
