If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMCB4
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Easiest side dish in the world, and fast -
2 bags of Tortelloni (*not* Tortellini - they are too small for this dish), prepared as directed, chilled down in a cold water bath and thoroughly drained...4 cheese or cheese/spinach style works best for this recipe but you can use mushroom if you prefer
1 small bag of broccoli florets, steamed in your microwave and chilled in a cold water bath
1 bottle of any brand Italian dressing - "zesty" type is best
2 cups of shredded mozzarella - store bought is perfectly fine, rather than taking time to shred yourself; low fat version is perfect for use in this recipe
salt, pepper, garlic to taste
1 cup of sun dried tomatoes with oil
optional ingredients include -
1/2 cup of roasted red peppers
1 cup shredded, grilled chicken
1 cup shredded prosciutto, soppresatta, salsicci, or capocollo
small block of Parmigiano Reggiano parmesan cheese for topping
mix all ingredients together well until coated; top with parmesan shavings and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Easy and a HUGE hit at parties, cookouts, etc. Enjoy.

Brown a pound of chicken breasts in a deep skillet or frying pain. Once browned, add a can of cream of chicken with herbs soup and half a soup can of water. Flip the chicken a few times to mix the soup while cooking covered for twenty minutes in the soup. Cook for an additional ten minutes uncovered to thicken the soup. You have tender chicken with super tasty gravy. I like to serve it with instant sour cream potatoes. It's super easy and super tasty.

Chinese Walnut Chicken
Chicken breasts strips are stir-fried with scallions, ginger and garlic, and seasoned with bourbon and soy sauce.Ingredients:
• 1 teaspoon cornstarch
• 1 Tablespoon water
• 1 egg white, beaten
• 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into one-inch cubes
• 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 Tablespoon bourbon
• 1/2 teaspoon sugar
• 4 Tablespoons oil
• 3 whole scallions, cut into 2-inch slivers
• 2 slices fresh ginger, minced
• 1 medium garlic clove, minced
• 3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
• Hot cooked rice
Method:
In a bowl, mix together cornstarch, water and egg white. Add chicken and toss until thoroughly mixed. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, bourbon and sugar. Set aside. Heat a wok or large heavy skillet over high heat until a drop of water "skittles" across and evaporates immediately. Add 2 Tablespoons of oil, swirl, and add chicken. Quickly stir-fry 3 to 5 minutes or until no pink shows. Quickly remove from pan and set aside. Reduce heat to medium-high and add the remaining oil to pan. Add scallions, ginger and garlic; stir-fry for 1 minute. Return chicken to pan. Add soy sauce/bourbon mixture and cook, stirring, about 1 minute. Stir in walnuts, mix well and serve with hot cooked rice.
Notes:
One tablespoon of bourbon is the secret ingredient in this recipe. But since nobody in our family drinks, I buy the smallest bottle of bourbon possible and keep it in my seasoning and flavoring cabinet among the vanilla extract, maple syrup and spice blends. It won't spoil and keeps forever.
