Canada has a large Pakistani community. If you want to live and work here, you'll need to apply for a work permit and start the immigration process. (someone already gave you the immigration website) I've been through it. It wasn't exactly fun, but it was worth it. Good luck to you.

Toronto also has alot of job opportunities, as well as its a safe and clean city.
