No, not at all. She could simply be uncomfortable tasting her own bodily fluids in her mouth. So the best thing you can do is go wash your mouth and then kiss her.

Sounds like it could be a problem or become a problem.
If someone loves you enough, and it is really important to you to be kissed at that time, they should discuss that (open communication), and if they have weird germ phobias, talk about that.
Usually this situation/question is the other way around, since guys reallllly noticeably result in 'something' when a girl or whoever goes down on them.

Whether or not it's wrong isn't exactly a question you can answer objectively...if she doesn't want to kiss you when you've just been downstairs, then she doesn't want to kiss you. Will telling her that a million people on Yahoo! Answers think she's wrong change that? No. Maybe you should be asking "WHat can I do to make both of us happy in this situation?", instead of trying to find fault with what she likes or doesn't ike.

Some girls don't like to taste their own taste. Would you be comfortable kissing her if her mouth was lined with your fluid after she goes down on you? Would it be wrong of you to not want to taste your own stuff in her mouth? (I don't think it is wrong, just different comfort levels for different people)
