Most people do not drink enough water. Just one of those things. YOU have to really FORCE yourself consciously to drink more water.

You may have gotten used to being mildly dehydrated. Make the effort to drink at least 8 ounces of water a day. That is just an average. You can have 2 glasses of water when you wake up in a closed pitcher with ice, 2 glasses an hour after breakfast, 2 glasses at lunch and 2 glasses before dinner. If you do this for 21 days, it will become a great habit that you look forward to. You may find yourself peeing alot at first, but this should level off with time. Good luck.

Water Water everywhere! and not a drop to drink?!

I have made a habit of drinking water in a very systematic way!

I have hourly chimes on my wrist watch and whenever it rings, i reach for a glass of water. At home or anywhere!

( P.S.- An average person needs at least 10-12 glasses of water a day for normal metabolic activity!!!)

Well, I don't know why you don't. Only you know that. But I do know that you should, and most likey you are not alergic to it. Quite rare, or even impossible. It tastes great. Especially after you run a good run. Try drinking water rather than lemonade or milk in the future. (And lemonade does have water in it...so your on your way, lol)

milk has alot of water in it and so do juices, you are getting more water than you think. Too much water will wash all the minerals and vitamins out of your system. If you aren't thirsty all the time and feel pretty healthy, chances are you are getting the water you need. Your body will tell you when you're not.

well you honestly want to get 8 glasses of water a day, regardless of how you feel

cut the stuff like fruit juices and lemonade out of your diet, thats just unneeded sugars going into your system

when you drink that much water, your body starts to feel great ;)

Hmmm, because Milk and Juice taste better or are more desirable.

Nothing wrong with you, you'll have to get into a habit of drinking more water. Remember our body is 70% water.

even thou you are not thirsty, it is good to make it a habit to drink at least 1 glass of water every morning, take 1 more before your lunch & 1 before you sleep (but take note to drink at least half an hr before you sleep so that you will not have eye bag). Last but not least, cultivate tis good habit of drinking plain water

Well please keep in mind that EVERY liquid you drink is primarily water. I went from drinking soda to water exclusively. It will be easy if you are not drinking caffinated beverages. The best way to change your drinking habits is to phase out other beverages over time.
