I love making turkey burgers, but since the turkey is so low in fat, it tends to get dry. My favorite recipe uses 1lb ground turkey, one box frozen chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry), 1/2-3/4 cup grated parmesean cheese (depending on your taste), 1-2 cloves garlic (minced), 1/4 tsp dried tarragon, salt and pepper. Mix everything together and use for burgers or form into meatballs for spaghetti.
These have great flavor and stay really moist. I made spaghetti and meatballs with this recipe for a dinner party, and everyone raved about how good the meatballs were!

Onions, beef bouillon cube, garlic, seasoning salt, egg, catsup. Use the better grade ground turkey. The frozen tubes of it aren't too good anymore these days.

When I want to add flavor I mix A1 steak sauce, salt, pepper, seasoning salt, and garlic. Then if the meat is ground I just mix it but if it is already made I just marinade in it or brush it on like BBQ sauce.

They are a good candidate for McCormick's dry mesquite seasoning. Sprinkle it on fairly liberally on both sides and fry them in a tablespoon of oil. You could also try any of the blackening seasonings on the market.
