My cat thinks he is a dog! He just loves water; swimming is the best thing in the world. When it is time for my partner or myself to shower the ca runs into the bathroom to join you once he hears the taps turn on. He helps you wash the dishes and if you leave the toilet door open, guess where you will find the cat.
We adopted him from an animal shelter, the staff said he was known to run away from the previous owner when left outside so we decided Orion would be an inside cat. They day we got him home he found our dogs lead, picked it up in his mouth ran to you and dropped it at your feet. Then he would take the lead to the front door. So he is our other dog and always lets u know when we want out.
He also likes to drink coffee and tea, if we have any visitors we must tell them to watch out for the cat, neither my partner nor myself drink tea or coffee.
And every evening at 9 pm he always turns into skitty kitty. Someone else mentioned there cat does weird things at a certain time; ours does it every night at 9pm. Stops whatever he is doing then runs around the house flat out for 10 minutes. During this time it is not safe to touch him or you risk losing a finger or something. He climbs curtains, you will often find him sitting on top of the door frame and he pounces at anything that passes, he even climbs the wall like the Garfield stick on cats and shreds the wallpaper. Ripping it off in chunks.
He is just a weird cat.

A couple of Cats I use to have did weird things
The Male one meowed Milk, drank from the Toilet, the Swimming Pool, the Fish Tank, he meowed constantly and you could get him to meow just by petting him.
My Female Cat laid on the Toaster, got all 4 Paws in Candy Dish, meowed only when Hungry, let one of the Dogs chew Fleas off of her.

I have one that barks! really she was raised with a police dog and went to boot camp with the dog. She barks at the mail man and the door bell. People who don't know her think she is dangerous! I have a cat that likes butterscotch candy. We had to pick up the candy dish. I have a cat that sleeps in the dryer and fetches the paper (except Sundays). We have another one that sleeps in the clothes hamper. (scary on laundry day, or if its the morning and you forget shes in there.) The little one sits on the phone when it rings and knocks the cell phone on the floor and bats it under the couch. She hates cell phone no matter what the ring tone is..

I had a cat called Spooks that would flip out at 8 pm precisely. We would watch her sitting on the couch at 7:59, then the clock would switch to 8 and she would jump three feet in the air and go running around the house like someone had set her tail on fire. After 10 minutes she would go back to normal.

After my dog died my cat used to refused to walk on the carpet, we had to make a path with furniture like bar stools and chairs so she could get from one part of the house to the other. she was a REALLY weird cat.

One of my cats used to hardly ever meow...only on rare occasions. Often times he would open his mouth to meow, but no noise came out.

My cat's tail has it's own mind. That he usually plays with it and in turn the tail keeps on bouncing. Even when he's cleaning himself he has to put down his tail with a paw first and start biting it as if disciplining it.
