Because some women think it is "gross" somehow. Personally I think it is natural, and, if you love someone, a deliciously intimate thing to do.

Here is an upfront and blunt answer for you.
I was abused as a child in this way, more than once, and as much as I have tried to overcome the fear and disgust and anguish so I could pleasure my partner that way, I have not been able to get over the obstacle. I know I am not the only one with this issue for that reason.

well, for one it doesnt taste very good... some girls think it is really gross, others just dont mind, there are even some that like it... but I think it depends on the person why they would or would not like it
