I play tennis 3 times a week for an hour per game. So how many calories am I estimately burning and how many should I be having to lose weight?

try keeping it to 1200 per day.

Don't know how many you are burning, but to weight 120 pounds, you should have 1200 calories, 130 pounds is 1300 calories. The weight sort of matches the calories, but add a zero. From Shortcake

the adverage person eats 1200 calories a day if they want to stay at their current weight & 1100 to lose weight & 1300 to gain weight...so you should eat 1100 calories a day...im not sure how many calories playing tennis burns but if its for an hr and ur always moving then u will certainly lose 10 pds. it'll probably take about two weeks but you'll lose weight. good luck! :-)

Um... if your 130 pounds I think you don't need to lose weight. You are a perfect size. But if you want to...um... I'm not sure. Sorry!
