Decadent Peanut Butter Pie

1 Oreo cookie crust
1 cup peanut Butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 8oz brick cream cheese
1 cool whip
1 jar hot fudge topping (I used Mrs. Richardson's)

Mix peanut butter, cream cheese, and sugar together. When blended very gently fold in 2 cups of cool whip. Spoon into crust.
Melt fudge topping in microwave pour as much as you'd like over the peanut butter mixture. Chill for 1/2 hour or until fudge is firmer. When ready to serve, top with remaining cool whip. If desired melt 1 TBS each of fudge topping and peanut butter. Drizzle over the top before serving.

I don't bake well, so here is a dessert I make for get togethers that always is a hit!

Peel and chop (in small cubes) about 4 or 5 Green Granny Smith apples. Empty into a bowl. Tear 5 Snickers candy bars into tiny pieces into the bowl. Add one large tub of whipped topping (very cold) into the bowl and stir. Chill for about an hour in the refrigerator. When read to serve, drizzle caramel topping (like for ice cream) over the top. This sounds simple, but the tart and the sweet together, make a yummy treat.

Grease and flour (cornflour) baking tray
