Redundant question here. If you are "forcibly converting" someone then you are NOT giving respect to culture, religion, faith or personal belief.
Faith is a choice. And one we should choose wisely.

I don't understand what you mean by "forcible converting" someone. It first of all doesn't seem like an effective way to further God's kingdom. More importantly thought, it is not us who "convert" people. In 1 Corinthians 3 it talks about seeds that have been planted. This is the sharing of the gospel. It says in verse 7 "So then neither is he that planteth anything, neither he that watereth (continuing presentations of the gospel); but God that giveth increase." Salvation is clearly a work of the Lord. This is so encouraging to me to know that even when I give into a fear of man, or stumble in my speech or feeble understanding of the glorious gospel--God is sovereign. So read your bible and speak truth to all!

Aside from the fact that "forcibly converting" someone wouldn't really convert them, I think the kind of people who would try that wouldn't care about the other person's previous beliefs.

You can't forcibly convert someone. All you can do is change the way they behave in front of people. They still have and will always retain freedom of conscience.

Who is forcibly converted? We have a choice to respond or not to. Matter of fact... based on what I see with regards to the ACLU... it seems they would prefer that Christians do not have the choice to be Christians but subjected to the silence of the skeptics who are intolerant of us!

There is no such thing as forcible conversion. A phrase comes to mind. Indentured-servant hood.
