Y'know, those relationships in where the guy seems like a big brother for the gal. Besides I dont really know what girls mean when they say that their boyfriend is more like a big brother to them? Would appreciate some enlightenment, and if you can share some experiences too its good.

I guess they could work in some instances. In my case it didn't work. I was the Big Brother figure and she was my best friend. We both wanted to take it to the next step but due to our relationship we kept hurting each other. Finally we gave it up. Big Brothers tend to want to protect and guide the lil sister. Little sisters tend to want to make their own decisions and when they do something the big brother disagrees with, he gets controlling, she gets defensive and it goes downhill from there. I'd consider friends with benefits before I attempted another big brother relationship. Just go for the fun and forget the deeper ties of an relationship. Good luck

When a girl says that her boyfriend is more like a big brother to her she usually means that she feels secure around him, that he is a friend, and there might be no sexual desire at all (from her side). Sometimes it is that way because of what they do together or this is just how she feels about the guy. Most of the time it is not a good thing. :( Maybe she likes it that way and still wants to be with you and be both a friend and a lover... or something like that. Having a girlfriend that is only a lover is not a good thing either. Then again, it depends on how old they both are and what they want from the relationship.

Big brother relationships can work. However in my experience they seem to go sour because one party ends up liking the other and that is what makes the relationship go south.

well, speaking from experience, a guy that is like a "big bro" to a girl is someone who will listen when they get sappy and not say anything, but at the same time have a playful realtionship, that TURNS GIRLS ON!!!!!!!!!!! if you can really talk to a guy and also have fun with him and it not have to be sexual, that's a major plus!

yea they can but you gotta have a firm status as brother, cause you might soon get attracted to him and want to move it up a level and vic versa so becareful cause somtimes if you do hook up you cant go back ot big bro. So if you got that keep it.
