u realise others are staring at u only when u stare at them! Don't u think others are also thinking the same of you?
Staring is a good thing because all good things in life are stared and appreciated!
So start enjoying others stares!!

since you have put this question under mental health,I recommend you to go a doctor for professional help.
Theirs a friend of mine,who whenevr she used to go out used to think everyone is staring at her,but when once I went out with her, I realized that was not the case,and she got professional help later..when you go out people do look at you,it shouldnt bother you,well since you are telling everyone stares at you,maybe its your imagination or maybe you are very attractive....You know better

If it is really happening, ask yourself why you are attracting attention - how you look, how you act, what you are wearing, etc. Are people smiling? Scowling? Laughing? Unwilling to meet your eyes? There are social cues which can guide you to a better understanding of what is going on with you.

You are probably really good looking, everyone stares at good looking folks. It is natural, we are very, very simple creatures.

I think maybe your too paranoid, go get some help, or realise they are either starring at you because you are stunning or they aren't really starring at you.
Or get off the drugs you are on

trust me i think sometime people are staring at me too. its just u being paranoid. they are not staring at u.
