Why would you wanna do that? The alcohol taste is the best part!

It depends on what kind of alcohol it is. If you don't like the taste of alcohol, but like to have a good drink, the best thing to do is have drinks that contain more than one kind of alcohol, and contain both sweet and sour tastes. That way the taste of the alcohol is masked, but you still get pretty drunk after a couple drinks.

I have bartended in various venues (starting from college bars then to an upscale restaurant). What has always worked (don't ask me why) is pineapple juice.
