He may or may not still be in the Army and I don't even know if he went to Iraq or not....PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!

military.com has a buddy finder and forums where you can ask questions regarding other military personel. They are very good at locating them too. I have used it before

The military has a service called the "Base Locator". Call the department of defense or it might be the department of State. Or just call where she/he last was and maybe they can tell you.
