well Satan is a spirit of anything evil, the father of all liars. You can tell by the fruits of someone who is satanic. Usually they love evil stuff.
Jesus is the Prince of Peace. If you experience the Spirit of God, you will feel peace. A person who loves God usually is a peaceful person.

If you are implying that because Jesus is the Prince of Peace, therefore Satan is the epitome of evil, then no. Satan is evil because he rebelled against God.
