spam him so he can't send them to you... and never open any bulk mail. Also, report him to yahoo for abuse.

I get those e-mails all the time -- I just delete them as soon as I see questionable e-mail addresses or subject lines.
Never open them and never reply, as some spam software recognises when an e-mail has been opened and it essentially confirms that that address is a real, active one. So you end up getting even more spam.

Report them to yahoo.
There ought to be a thing you could click on to do that for email, but I don't see it. If you click on the Report Abuse thingy on this question, someone at yahoo will look at it and maybe they will know who to contact.
Or contact the police, especially if you're a kid.

Report him to yahoo and go see the police..give them his e-mail address and trust me..they will show up on his doorstep..I have done it..and he never bothered me again..
