Sex is an expression of love. It has to be a mutual agreement. For women, from what I know, it requires a build-up, wooing and basically mood setting and getting someone in the right mood. Its not a switch to turn off/on for you .... tell him so. Tell him what you need to get in the mood (if possibble).
I think if you just "did it" it becomes a mechanical act and just physical gratification and not an emotional bonding and sharing experience. So if he just needs a "release" ... then that is something that you need to decide if you want to help him with or not. But then a question is ... if he releived himself ... would you feel guilty that you didn't help?

We have a pact where we have sex whenever we're asked, unless we REALLY, REALLY, REALLY don't want to, such as feeling extremely ill. If the other person says "No", then the subject is dropped, no questions asked.
Maybe you and your husband could make an arrangement that suits both of you?

Why should the woman dictate whether any intimacy (or sex) happens? Isn't love about giving and being generous even when you're not that interested? Plus, guys show their love and feel the closest to their mate when they engage in sex. Don't you want to make him happy and feel closer to you?
