me and my bf are celebrating our 8month anniversary in august i pretty much have the day planned out for us but i was wondering what kind of gift should i give him my mom suggested some cologne but i wanted to give him something more special than that please help me out

make him something special that come from your heart!! a simple card, write a nice long love letter....just something that come from your heart!! Good Luck!

No offense, but 8 months is not technically an "anniversary." A gift like cologne would be good, or even just a note that says why you're happy being with him. Don't go crazy. Just spend the day together and have fun, enjoying each other is more important than anything material.

Well you know that they have a special thing for being married 8th year anniversary, I am not sure what it is I forgot. you like for 50 years its gold. So give him something you never gave him before it could be yourself wrap up in a special way, and buy a gift. Its hard trying to buy a guy a gift sometimes,

Something personal, maybe related to one of his hobbies. I'm sure anything you choose would be fine. He probably won't even realize why he is receiving a gift. Who celebrates an eight month anniversary anyways? lol

Give him a gift that he can use more than once, but that he'll have to share with you the first time. That way, every time he uses it he'll be reminded of the first time with you.
Specific examples would be up to you, but readily available and crass ones would involve new bedsheets and a box of high quality latex contraceptive devices.

You could put together an "anniversary basket" for him -- wine, cheese and crackers, fruit, a music CD of a band you both like (or the one with "your song" on it).....Anyway, it would be a basket you would enjoy together, on a romantic evening, so add little things that you both like.
