I'm afraid your aunt's cat is history. Take him to a vet to see what damage was done to the cat. Yes, CPR will revive a cat also. But it won't help a flat cat.

You can do CPR on a cat, but its a bad idea----Tuna doesn't taste good if it comes from a cat.

Yes....I did see it done on an animal resue show to a kitten that was delivered stillborn. He was given CPR & massaged firmly with a blanket and brought back to life.

i tried it on a guinea pig. she fell in the washer and i didnt know it. sometimes she plays in my clothes. it started spinning, so i went to put soap in it. there she was drowning. i got her and tried all the stuff you do i puppies to get water out of their system because i figure they are the same size. so i got a straw and tried cpr. didnt work, she bit it. she alive though.
