Sharp stabbing pain in the stomach can be signs of a lot of problems, you don't need advice from here other than "get to a doctor and have it checked out." That said, it could be you've developed ulcers, it could simply indigestion, it could even be allergy to a particular food of which you are not aware. Since you say its like the reaction you have to citrus my guess would be you are allergic to something. However, it could also be that you are suffering from stress or that you have developed something like IBS irritable bowel syndrome, which may feel like stomach pains, is frequently accompanied by gas and either bouts of constipation and/or bouts of loose bowels. There are so many things that can be wrong, you need to see a doctor.

Perhaps you should research Irritable Bowel Syndrome or Spastic colon. I have IBS sounds like you have some symptoms. I don't know if you deal with constipation or diarrhea but those are also symptoms. Certain food definitely trigger the cramping and irregularity. You should at least check it out.

Do you think it's something you ate? If so, take some Pepto Bismal. If you don't think it's from that, I know that stress and pregnancy cause that same gassy feeling. Now I don't know anything about you, that's just my experience. Try taking a long hot bath, if you got gas-let it go! If it continues for a few more days, see a doctor.

It is possible that you could have apendicitis. Most people will say that you hurt on your right side but that is not true. My father hurt on his left side & in his lower abdominal area. This is a serious problem if this is what is going on with you. Go see a doctor ASAP.

SIMPLE YOU ARE ACIDIC BY NATURE HENCE PLEASE AVOID THIS IF AT ALL YOU TAKE SUCH THINGS YOU HAVE TO TAKE ALONG WITH GELUSIL TO EITHER LIQUID OR TABLETS. WHICH EVER YOU LIKE.
DO NOT STARVE FOR A LONG TIME AND CREATE MORE ACIDITY IN YOUR STOMACH CONSUME LOTS OF PURE WATER OFTEN TO REDUCE THE SEVERITY OF THIS. YOU ARE VERY NORMAL NOTHING TO WORRY.
