Only if the fever is the first symptom of an addiction, and the addiction leads to burglary, armed robbery, pimping out Pringles to support your own habit, or other illegal and unsavoury acts.
If you find yourself tapping the crumbs out of the cylinder onto a mirror and cutting lines with a razor blade to snort the flavour, well then yes, be concerned.
