What exactly do you mean by the question?

The Lord is especially in charge of who is saved. Your sins can be forgiven by other humans, but that is only a stopgap measure because if your forgiven by somebody Jesus doesn't know, how then can you be? Thats why streetcorner conversions are frowned on by those who earnestly seek Gods approval.

yes! some believe in calvanistic salvation while others believe in arminianistic salvation.

yep....but he knows before hand who "will" be saved. without actually taking free will away from man.
