i am a bachelor 23 m.I didnot hav a GF till date.I dono how to get a GF.I dono wat to speak to a gal.I tremble a lot wen i speak to a gal.I lack the confidence of speakin to them.I think em as very alien to me.......I badly need one.....can somebody help me??????????

Sounds like your very shy. You might be suprised that many girls are shy too. Maybe you are just looking at the outspoken flitty girls and not the more quiet less attractive girls. When it comes right down to it the less attractive girls are really the most beautiful ones in the long run.
You don't want to connect with a party girl because you could never live that life style.
Maybe join a singles group at a church.
Hang out at the library. Ask a girl if she knows where somethign is. Then make ask her what she likes to read. Then say..maybe we can bump into eath other again.'
Is your shyness part of being depressed? if so see your doctor.
With a girl you don't have to have fancy dates, but asking a girl to go for ice cream and a walk would be good.
Before you start out. Make a list of things to talk about and things to ask a girl. If you ask a lot of questions the girl will do most of the talking and she will think you are wonderful for focusing on her. Some questions? Where do you work? Live? What motivates you in life? Where is the most interesting place that you have been to. What sort of movies do you like?
Here is an idea. if you are shy perhaps one or both of your parents were are still are. Ask them how they found eac other. They might be a wealth of information.

Well, say, Hello, I have heard about this great film. Would you come with me to the movies? Than after the movie, say, I am hungry, how about dinner?
Than at the dinner, start talking about movie that you have just seen, and ask her what she thought? Than ask her if she has any siblings, and what is her relationship with them like? Then tell her about yours. Then ask her if she has a pet. Tell her about yours. Then ask her what was her best vacation or place to visit ever, and tell what was yours and why. Try to be pleasant and agreeable on the first date, but not too apologetic, and especially for no reason. Try to smile. Have a cocktail before dinner to relax, but don't get sloshed. Tell her that you would call her in a couple of days, that you really had a nice time, and you are hoping that she had too. call her in 3 days, and ask her how is her day going so far, and if she would like to do something again soon, because you would love to get to know her better.
Pretty easy, huh?

Yeah, you have to love yourself to realize what you have to offer, and you'll find confidence. The more desperately you feel the way you do, the more you need to do this. And reward yourself for trying, even if its just a quick smile or a "nice day" to the aliens, they're not so bad. Don't wait for them to reward you.

good luck we all have that problem sometimes, some people less than others, my only suggestion is to practice, practice, practice and don't think of it as a failure when a girl turns you down, look at it as an opportunity for you to grow and try a different technique next time
