About 99.9%. The ONLY thing that's 100% is abstinence. But the more prevention tactics you use, the better. Also get on the Pill. That will regulate your period and you'll know your fertile/safe times much better.
Be careful with Spermicide though, it's been known to cause UTIs (Urinary Tract Infections) and Yeast Infections. So make sure you ALWAYS go to the bathroom after sex. If any bacteria or lube makes it's way into the Urinary Tract, it can cause all kinds of problems (experience).
Also be aware that "pre-come" can carry sperm as well. So if you guys are messing around a little bit before he puts the condom on, you could still get pregnant if he's close to your vagina. It's kind of rare, but not a chance couples should take if they're not planning for a kid.
I'm glad you're practicing safe sex. Good for you!!!!!!!!

Wow, im impressed! That is wonderful that you have precautioned everything, good one you! At least you will not have to post a question going "Help, Am i Pregnant?"
As for your question, Condoms are close to 99% effective, spermicide is not as effective as i there isnt enough to destroy all those little spermies.
Withdrawing with a condom its almost an imposibilty fo sperm to come in contact with your vagina, unless the condom breaks!
If the condom breaks within the vagina, and your partner pulls out IMMEDIATELY, the spermicide will take care of the Pre-C*m.
So well done, good plan!

pretty effective, unless the condom breaks LOL There is no 100% way to prevent pregnancy, in any form of BC besides abstinance. If you are that scared then I wouldn't have sex at all. But you'd be doing pretty good with all 3 I'd say.

i read a % statistic thing on a condom pack a few weeks ago. the difference in unwanted pregnancys was only like 6% difference between condoms and withdrawl. withdrawl being the higher. i couldnt believe it. this was for either/or... not for both at the same time

I'd say you're on the right track.
My grandma used to tell me the best birthcontrol was 1 aspirin... held tightly between the knees!

I'd say pretty good if your doing all three lol. Now try adding not cumming at all, did you realize you can have an orgasm and not ejaculate? It's a pretty neat trick.
