It varies, some women have no symptoms at all. Early signs if you have them are very sore and tender nipples and sharp cramping pains on the sides of your abdomen. You can aslo get motion sickness more easily and feel tired all the time. Early pregnancy test usually do not work as well if you have not missed at least one day of your cycle. Waiting is hard but if you want accurate results when taking a test then you should. Planned Parenthood will give you a urine test for about 10 bucks which is about 5 to 8 dollars less than an EPT at a local pharmacy and lets face it, standing in an aisle browsing pregnancy tests is not fun and the paranoid feeling you have when you are scared to run into someone you know. Go to a clinic that does them, its more confedential and you dont have to worry about hiding receipts and test trash.

You won't know 100% until you take a pregnancy test, but in my experience (and the experience of other women I know) some of the earliest indicators could be breast tenderness, or extreme, uncharacteristic fatigue. Of course, a late period and nausea are signs. Spotting instead of having a period could also be a sign. Those are the only ones I can think of right now.

I'm afraid that the only way to ever know is to get checked my a doctor. You could also try a home pregnancy test but they can be dodgy. The only other way that I can think of is to wait 2 months to see if you miss both periods. I would say that is a pretty good signal.

I usually knew the day of conception in my heart, but I have 8 kids now so I usually know. sometimes you just want to be but arent, I though I was once but wasnt. you can get those over the counter tests for about $15, at walmart, the pharmisist can tell you which ones are the most accurate. you need to be at least a month late.

sometimes you can have symptoms of pregnancy and a missed period or two if you have a tumor growth that acts like you are pregnant. That happened with my cousans wife. you can make yourself have all the symptoms just be stressing over it and you are not actually pregnant!(happens to me all the time!) The anly real way to be sure is to take a pregnancy test from your doctor!

hmmm you should go to a clinic " plant parenhood" can help. :\ sometimes girls don't get their period and it's because they don't have balanced hormones... waiting up wanting to throw up means i don't have enough water in my system... it doesn't mean morning sickness... ... You should just get tested to be sure 100 percent. symptoms can be something else...
