whenever u feel like eating other than breakfast, lunch, dinner walk for 5 min then munch. if u eat 10 times a day other than breakfast lunch dinner than walk for 5 to 10 min each time b4 u eat then munch. this way u will either resist eating coz u have to walk. or ur mind will get used to moving your body. and drink a mouthful of water every hour and do some stretching exercise till a minute. this way u will soon become comfortable with exercising.u will b more active physically. but hey its unhealthy to loose more than 1.5 kilos per week. so aim for loosing 20 pounds in 3 months. happy weight loosing. waiting for ur results.

go to a weight loss clinic that gives bvitamin injections and keeps your weight loss under a microscope, i did it it cost some but well worth it i lost 40 lbs in 2 months no joke! and now i have lost 66 since october and i stopped going to the clinc because of the cost to continue but oct-dec 40 lbs lost i quit in dec and have since maintained a healthy steady rate of loss. good luck

I would run alot ...im looking to lose a lot of pounds too..i just run every night ...outside...not treadmill cuz it doesnt work as well as running outside!!! and i would just watch what i eat,,,and if your into taking pills that might help the weight loss process. not illegal pills ,,,,just stuff at the vitamin shoppe or something....

by eating or drinking Slim Fast foods only 3x a day for your regular meals, then a shake or a slim fast bar at night no later than 7:45...Drink lots of water all day, or tea with sweetener, or Diet caffeine free coke only pop, or add lemon and sweetener to your water(refreshing)

atkins diet..dont cheat at all...drink 5 glasses of water per day and run in the morning and evening for 20 minutes...you guaranteed to lose atleast 20lbs in 2months if not more...as long as you stick to it

Go on the Nicole Richie diet... don't eat for two weeks, you'll lose easily 20 pounds...

dont crash diet watever u do cause ur body thinks ur starving and u gain the weight back plus more and not to mention blood sugar sucks when its low and school nurses make u eat when u collapse

eat one third of what you usually eat, do alot of medium to fast paced walking, dring 8 glasses of water a day the first one in the morning as soon as u get up to flush the toxins from your system.
