i'm a 22 year old male and for the past several times that i have had a cup of hot chocolate (i have it like less then once a month however), i felt very very nauseous after it....it bothered my stomach like crazy and i felt like vomiting (although i never yet have from it)....it probably is going to continue to happen as well so im not sure if i will have it again

on occassion, coffee can make me feel nauseous after i drink it as well, but not iced coffee however....there might be 1 or 2 foods that do it to me but i cant think of them at the moment

would anyone kno the reason for this, is it uncommon? my guess would be from hot water but i cant think of anything else at moment....but hot chocolate has been really damaging to me

If it's all dairy things, you may be lactose intolerant.

I don't know the reason for it, but I have had a similar problem with feeling occasionally nauseous when I drink hot chocolate and mocha beverages. I have a friend who has really bad acid reflux and the heartburn increases after eating chocolate, coffee, acidic and greasy foods. Maybe it's a mild acid problem.

If it doesn't agree with you, don't drink it.
