most people with iron deficiency anemia (most likely the condition you have) crave things such as dirt and sand (this condition is called pica) b/c these have iron in them-never heard of the tiolet paper though : )

you can take over the counter iron tablets-they can be found at your local drug store.

but it's also important to get this checked out by your doctor. i have iron deficiency anemia and before they diagnosed me with it (and i had the surgery to correct it), i was having episodes of severe fatigue-sleeping for 12+ hours and waking up still feeling exhausted, and i was constantly feeling dizzy. in extreme instances, people with this condition can have their blood levels drop so low that a blood transfusion is necessary. this is rare but can happen.

best to go see the doctor so they can determine if anemia is truly the cause of your low iron levels and get you started on the correct treatment.most of the time iron pills over the counter 3-4 times a day is the common treatment. surgery is also a very rare needed treatment-mine had to do with my period and since that is a monthy occurance-my blood levels were dropping lower and lower each time-so the surgery stopped the bleeding all together.

No don't do that... it's not food. It's wood and will probably hurt you. Do you think there is a connection between your low iron and your eating toilet tissue? I'd ask a doctor about those.

Ok.... I saw an episode on E.R where a patient had an obsension with toilet paper. If you have low iron a great way to boost them is grab a bunch of parsley place in blender with pineapple juice! I know it sounds odd but kidd you not the midwife recommended it to me and it works! Good luck!

A woman I once knew would get cravings for Elmer's Glue, she was pregnant at the time and ended up having issues with low iron also.

You need a complete check-up. Low iron means anemia and that is caused by bleeding somewhere in your system. Eating strange items is called Pica. Talk to the Dr about that, too.

What does paper have to do with iron? Apparently you are also lacking fiber or something. Definitely need to get you a multi vitamin and quit bogarting the toilet paper.

umm...yeah, first of all, what caused you to eat toilet tissue the first time, to realize that you liked it? Second of all, take iron supplements or eat more meat.
