There are small mole like growths that can happen secondary to the irritation and trauma associated with shaving. Women often get these on their legs. They are called "dermatofibromas". Despite the long name, they are benign and do not develop into more serious things. They can be slightly darker than flesh colored to more dark like a mole. If you pinch them between your thumb and forefinger they will dimple in - confirming the diagnosis. I hope this helps.

Well, it sounds like a bad skin irritation. Aloe Vera (gel) can help calm down irritated skin very fast. That way any marks that are scars will remain, but irritated skin marks will go away. Then I would try using a scar vanishing creme. This can take awhile to fully get rid of scars, so if it doesn't work after awhile, I would consult a doctor or a high-quality salon where they have probably seen this before.

Well, which is it--bikini or biniki?

Moles are nothing to worry about, as long as they don't change their size, shape, or color. If they do, your doctor may want to have them tested.

I hope you won't worry about it; I think it's cute!

If these are new and you like the sun, you should have your doctor check them out. Skin cancer is a dangerous thing and can quickly metastasize. You can be born with a lot of moles, especially if one or both of your parents have a lot. If you start noticing new ones, or notice that old ones are changing in color or shape/size, quickly consult your doctor.

Mole that developed, or you always had it? Do the moles look round, or blotchy?

If they're not round, but more weird shaped and they're getting bigger and are brown (rather than black), then it might actually be skin cancer. Get it looked at by a dermatologist if you suspect anything weird...

Moles can appear anywhere. If they are getting irritated just have them removed. What causes this? The build up of melanin in the skin.

It is very important to have them checked by a dermatologist. I don't want to scare you, but if they are irregular in shape, they could be skin cancers.
