The two thing you require are not synonymous....if you find a good, reputable breeder they are not going to have any dogs that are cheap.
A reasonable price will be between 600 and 800.
If the breeder is not within your local area you will need to add an additional 225 to 250 to cover fees related to shipping the puppy to you.
bladedogsrule is correct, there is no classification in the Chihuahua breed for t-cup, micro, mini or tiny toy. All Chihuahua are classed as a toy breed (it has nothing to do with their size, but the function of the breed, they are "couch potato's") it does not matter if they weigh 4lb or 14 they are still a toy.

Just so you know there's no such thing as a teacup Chi or Yorkie. There are ones that are smaller than others but they aren't a teacup like a teacup poodle. Trust me on this because if you don't you will get ripped off.

Most cheap Chihuahuas and Yorkies are low quality/big. Some breeders occasionally have pups with cosmetic defects that they sell cheaper. Be careful and do your homework before you buy.

Nice dogs but have you considered a silky-pin? I adopted three who are now 6 months old. This is the beginning of a new breed, a mix of a silky terrier mom and a miniature Pincer Dad. If you would like some photos I have lots of course and they are a great price and well socialized. I went to Iowa to get them they are my field of dreams team. Very good personalities very devoted and playful but not hyper. A littler is due any time now. Hope that helps ~A~
PS there is one left from the last litter he is gorgeous called War Dog and has a native name as well, I will link to his picture a real doll.
