Neither nation nor religion .
Concerning 'nation'
I may be born in Singapore and you may be born in the United States. It's just that I happened to be born in Singapore and you happen to be born in the US. However this doesn't mean I am more superior than you or vice versa. We are all equal in that we belong to the family of humanity. Though I am a Singaporean and it is necessary a duty to return ones debt of gratitude to our forefathers(nation), this doesn't mean we should be egocentric and neglect to build ties of friendship among brothers and sisters throughout the world
Concerning religion:
A Religion only has value to the extent that its practice will benefit the human race at large , even to the possibility of achieving world peace. It is superior to the extent and degree that it respect and uphold the sanctity of life, be that we belong to different race, nationality and even religion.
It should never be a case of practicing a religion for religion sake alone.
