Thats why I want secure borders before they get amnesty.And I want the borders to stay secure.Illegal immigration will never be completely stopped.There will always be a need for that cheap labor.They won't have any problem finding work.
I have a theory:More ppl makes more demand.More demand makes more need for jobs.Therefore......if the illegals are here they are creating a need for more jobs and they are filling them.They aren't just taking away and not giving anything back.

1) only people who've been in US for over 5 years ending April 5 , 2006 will gain resident status; everyone else-the majority- will remain illlegal
2)the remainder will NOT leave US to come back as the law suggests. WHen you have a job here, you won't just cross the border if you're not sure they'll let you back in
3) it will become very hard to enter US illegally after the borders are secured(in 2-3 years) and a wall is built(God knows when), so the number of illegals will stay about the same
4) the illegals of Hispanic origin who speak English and have education are very few, so even legal, they'll never be able to find good jobs(their kids might)
5)only illegals on expired visas with college degrees, fluent in English will go looking for better jobs, but Americans will always prefer Americans when it comes to highly qualified work.
So your fear has no ground. Be happy, I won't steal your job.

BTW, I'm on expired visa and pay all my taxes.
