Werewolves, although the illegals would do it for less and outsource the werewolves, and then people supporting the illegals would say that they are doing the jobs the werewolves don't want to do, but the werewolves do wanna do the jobs just not for the little pay I give the illegals.

Probably Werewolves in most situations.
Ill. immigrants would be just too tired from treking across the desert to get into a fight. They would also be dehydrated from lack of water, and drinking cervesa or tequilla at a bar would dry them out even more, so they wouldn't be much help.
BUT!
If I know immigrants, they can pack a whole lot of people in a small space without being detected. This would come in handy in a bar fight. If you got in trouble they would all start climbing out of no where like the clowns at the circus who pop out of a volkswagon.

The immigrants: the werewolves is just a berserker and is only such during a full moon but he fights everyone and will kill his best friend.
You can also pack a ton of immigrants into a Geo Metro.

werewolves, at least my tax dollars arent feeding them, and i would trust a werewolf over an illegal anyday. and we can kill them with a silver bullet, we cant do anything to these illegals.
