I once had a cat named Hairy. And boy was he. Huge (20 lbs), orange and white, and really fluffy.

It's hard to come up with names until you know what the cats look like.

Good luck.

5 names ?
My fiancé and I had a 2 hours discussion just to find one name for our kitten !!

We thought about :
- Shadow
- Plum
- Chopin
- Tartine (which is a french word meaning "slice of bread with something on it (like jam or peanut butter)" I'm sure there is a shorter translation though !)
- Crumb

And finaly, our kitten's name's Gargoyle

By the way Misty B, you said :
"Menu (meenew) french for "cat" very original, I know."

Well, I guess you wanted to say "Minou", wich is French for "pussycat"
"Menu" means the list of what you can eat in a restaurant ;)

I always like to see what color they turn out, so the name sort of matches. (Yeah, and whether it's male or female helps too....lol.)
Tiger is always good for striped cats. (my furry lil' boys name)
Name them after the kittens on Aristocats.
Munchkin (my furry lil' girls name...)
Buffy, Snuffy, Puffy, Fluffy...anything else that rhymes.
Sweety, Tweety, Petey....
Horace.
Horatio.
If he/she's white and orange...fluffernutter....
