The best eye drops on the market:

Here’s a tip from Rona Berg, a fabulous makeup guru & beauty author: When makeup artists work on models straight off a red eye flight, what do they use to combat the models red eyes? Visine works, but the very best product for getting the red out of eyes is a French one called ‘Collyre Bleu de Laiter.’ According to Berg, it makes blue eyes bluer & the white part whiter.

So wondering how to buy this product? Apparently you can only buy this product at drugstores in Quebec City, where the product is made. We're told large drugstores, such as Jean Coutu (450-646-9760) sell these eyedrops.

It depends on what is causing your eye problem. If it is an allergy - generally accompanied by itching, a prescription eye drop from your optometrist will be the best treatment. If you have an abrasion or infection, you need to see your optometrist for the proper care. If it is dry eye, your optometrist can give you several options such as moisturizing eye drops such as systane or refresh tears.
Visine drops provide temporary relief from red eye by vasoconstriction - meaning they constrict the red blood vessels in your eye, making your eye appear less red. This simply masks the underlying problem and the preservatives used in the drops often end up causing "rebound redness" which is often worse than the problem you first had.
Good luck!

It seems to me that there is excess heat in your body, which reflects thru ur eyes.If you can use a magnetic spectacle for about 15 - 20 mins.twice a day, along with a magnetic north pole under ur right palm and a mag. south pole under ur left palm, should be sufficient to get rid of the red eyes as well as reduce the excess heat in ur body. By press and leave action, if u can activate the points all around ur eyes should also help. Simultaneously, an exercise known as palming would supplement the healing process. After performing the above at least 3 / 4 times, wash ur eyes with magnetised water, with the help of eye cups available at most chemists. Homoeopathic med. like Calc. Flour, Nat. Muir, cineraria etc should also help. Green veges, boiled eggs; carrot , milk etc, will support the healing process. Wearing sunglasses, while going out in the sun should be help full. Lastly keep ur cool, avoid stress and strain. Eat, sleep in time. Drink plenty of water. Check BP, and intake ur medicines to keep it under control. Lastly breathing in thru ur nose counting 5 , holding your breath counting 2 and exhaling thru your mouth, counting 5, should also help control. Happy self healing. My ID mangeshdj@yahoo.co.in

Try flushing them with store bought water not tap water, and lie down with your eyes closed for some time. If that doesn't help try Visine. It's possible that you could have an allergy (pet, dust, dander, ragweed, etc).

Hope you feel better.
