grease only clogs up your hair follicles. all you need to do is drink plenty of water and eat a helathy diet full of vegetables and fruits. try hair vitamins and avoid using ponytail holders with the metal clasps wash it at least once a week (black ppl should not wash their hair everyday) and keep it moisturizer with a light cream or oil sheen. i find that this will help your hair grow, shine, be manageable and light instead of heavy and limp. also dont put too much stress on your hair. dyes, relaxers, and other chemicals weaken even the healthiest hair. but remeber everyone's hair is different from the texture to the amount of time it takes to grow. be patient and seek professional advice from someone that really knows and doesnt just want your money

in case you desire your hair to advance longer, get it decrease. Sound stupid? this is authentic. even as your hair splits on the ends, it splits all a thanks to the folicle then the hair will fall out. once you trim the ends of the hair the position the splits are, they received't split up, and also you keep your hair longer. once you do not decrease, you do not see your hair turning out to be longer, because the in basic terms hair this is turning out to be are new hairs, and they received't be lengthy for a lengthy time period. Doo Gro can paintings each and every now and then, yet do not assume it.
