That he's sadistic and uncaring towards living creatures... and will probably commit more heinous acts in the future.

That he can injure a cat carrying him by the tail, and also I would not feel one bit sorry for the guy if the cat bites him. So he will learn that when bitten it hurts! And probably the cat also will never trust him again.
