Start your practice with adho mukha svanasana (downward facing dog) and sirsasana (headstand--against the wall if you're too tired) to refresh the mind and relieve and headaches.

Do reclined back bends such as supta baddha konasana (reclined bound angle) and supta virasana (reclined hero). Make sure you use a bolster to support your back. These asanas were recommended by BKS Iyengar when he taught the National Defense Army after long route marches and the cadets found great relief doing these.

Do a reclined spinal twist such as jatara parivartasana (reclined belly twist) as it flushes out sluggishness.

Follow with forward bends such as janu sirsasana (head-to-knee forward bend) and paschimottanasana (west stretch forward bend) to calm and quiet the body.

End with either sarvangasana (shoulderstand) or viparita karani (legs-up-the wall-- do this is you're extremely exhausted) as these inversions will stimulate the circulation of blood in your legs, especially when you've been on your feet the whole day. It will also help you sleep more soundly.

Finally, savanasa (corspe pose) and a short meditation.

Namaste.

You could try the sun salutation and rocking horse (I know it's for letting out pent up emotions but that should help you from strangling the crap out of your customers)! Probably some breathing exercises too.
